RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are available on any unworn shoes purchased from our website within 30 days or the order date, for US orders. This excludes final sale items and any accessories such as our shoe care products, hats, and socks

Returned items that show signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Elle. All free gifts, as applicable, with purchase must also be sent back with your shoes in order to receive a full refund.

Items received by our warehouse not purchased from ellefootwear.com will be donated accordingly. Please reach out to info@ellefootwear.com to inquire about personal items.

Note: All returns are subject to a $10 Return Shipping Fee.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer one complimentary exchange per US order for all full-priced, unworn shoes purchased at www.ellefootwear.com within 30 days of the order date. Final Sale items and accessories are excluded. Exchanges are not subjected to a return shipping fee.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT RETURNS?

Yes! Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged. To beginsend email to: info@ellefootwear.com with subject "Start a Gift Return."

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

  • Worn items or those missing original packaging.
  • Accessories including but not limited to socks, hats, shoe care items (including kits, creams, polishes, and sprays).
  • All items marked Final Sale, items that have received price matches, and free gifts with purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?


Most refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt in warehouse; however, the time may extend during certain peak times of year.  Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles, CA.

HOW LONG DOES AN EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

Exchange orders are created within 24 hours of scanning your return shipment at the carrier. This excludes weekends and holidays.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?

We guarantee our footwear to be free of any manufacturer defects. Defective shoes can be replaced within sixty (60) days of the order date.  Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discoloration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies are not considered a defect. Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, scuffing, accidents or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced. Please note items marked Final Sale, 3rd party retailers, and international purchases are not covered under warranty.

ARE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

At this time, we do not provide complimentary shipping or return labels for international orders. If a client opts to return an order at their expense, we will process a refund once received by our warehouse. All shipping costs, customs, and duties are set by the courier, and we are unable to reimburse.
