Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We ship domestically and internationally using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination, order size, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)  

- Estimated Delivery Time: Within 5 business days after processing.  
- Shipping Origin: All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, United States.  
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected speed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, excluding:  
- United Arab Emirates  
- Mexico  
- Central and South America  

Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 2 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.  
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.  
Customs & Duties: Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status.
